Refund & Cancellation

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

FAQ’s

What is LA MIÓR’s Return Policy?

We have a Buyer’s Protection Program which allows for easy returns and refunds for:

  • Products which you may not like for quality, color or design related issues
  • Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition
  • Products not as per description/photo on the website

All products must be returned in their original condition along with the bills and labels. Please register your dispute within 30 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 30 days of delivery will not be considered by us.

What happens after a dispute is raised?

After we review your return request, reverse pickup of the order is arranged from your doorstep within 7-10 working days.

Who pays for the delivery charges for returning of products?

LA MIÓR will bear shipping charges in case of return of a shipment. The amount paid by you while placing the order will be directly refunded to you in your bank account/credit card/debit card within 5-7 working days.

When will I be refunded?

Refund will be initiated once the item is picked up by our courier partner from your doorstep. In addition to that, for Cash On Delivery Order, refund will be initiated after we receive the bank details from you for refund.
