This formula imparts ultra glow to your skin through a two-way mechanism - a) soft focus pearl pigments give skin an uber glow and blur imperfections, b) lustrous skin care polymers/actives enhance skin luminosity and give smooth texture, feel and shine! 

With a non-greasy finish, our glossy highlighter provides mirror shine that plays with the light!

Available in 4 ultra glazed shades that flatter all skin tones!

• Use the innovative hourglass dot applicator to dab one to three dots of strobe highlighter wherever you want to add a touch of glow: high points of cheeks, brow bone, or bridge of nose.
• Gently pat into skin with your fingertips or with a brush, naturally dewy glow!

5. Do you use synthetic fragrances in your products? Why?

In most cases, we use impart fragrances through natural food grade oils, extracts and flavours. We do believe that to create a holistic experience, sometimes safe synthetic fragrances can be used. To accomplish this, we use fragrances that fulfil the following criteria:

(1) Do not include any of the Notorious Nines ingredients

(2) At a concentration below 0.5% of the total formula.
