(1) Do not include any of the Notorious Nines ingredients
(2) At a concentration below 0.5% of the total formula.

"1 Year ago someone casually told me that no matter what formulation of liquid lipstick you try, you can never 'have it all' with them. Ones that are transfer proof are very drying on lips while the ones that are hydrating are never transfer proof. This statement somehow stuck with me and I became determined to formulate a liquid lipstick that can 'really do it all', hence the name :). After numerous iterations and testing on more than hundreds of people, we zeroed down to our hero formulation - 'Can Do It All' Velvet Liquid Lipstick.
