1. Is La Mior a clean beauty brand?

All La Mior products are 100% cruelty-free and PETA certified vegan. We are free of
Notorious Nines: Parabens, Sulphates, Silicones, Formaldehyde and Formaldehyde
releasers, Petroleum and Petroleum derived ingredients, Drying Alcohols, Talc, Essential
Oils and Chemical Sunscreens.

2. How are your products made?

We imagine, develop and make products under a single roof. This ensures that we can fully
control all stages of product development and use the finest ingredients to make products
that we love. We custom make all our products in small batches so that they are fresh when
they reach your doorstep.

3. Is La Mior cruelty-free?

At La Mior, we never test our products on animals. We love our pets and only use human
volunteer testing to deliver products of highest safety and quality to our customers. We are
100% cruelty-free and always will be.

4. Are your products vegan?

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan.

5. Do you use synthetic fragrances in your products? Why?

In most cases, we use impart fragrances through natural food grade oils, extracts and
flavours. We do believe that to create a holistic experience, sometimes safe synthetic
fragrances can be used. To accomplish this, we use fragrances that fulfil the following
criteria: (1) Do not include any of the Notorious Nines ingredients (2) At a concentration
below 0.5% of the total formula.

PAYMENT

1. How do I pay for a purchase on La Mior?

La Mior offers you multiple payment methods. Our trusted payment gateway partners use
secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You
may use Internet Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, Wallets and Cash on Delivery to make
your purchase.

2. How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We accept all VISA, MasterCard both Indian and International. A Customer will need to key
in his/her 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification
Value – found on the back of the card) to complete the order payment.

3.Can I make a credit/debit card or Internet Banking payment through my mobile?

Yes, you can make credit/debit card payments through the La Mior’s mobile site. In order to
protect your card information our payment gateway securely transmits your card information
to leading banks.

SHIPPING/COD INFORMATION

1. What are the shipping charges?

We provide FREE delivery pan India. For International orders, the shipping charges are
different based on location and number of items.

2. What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 10 working days for domestic orders and 21 working
days for international orders. All orders get shipped within 5 days from our warehouse.

3. Does La Mior deliver internationally?

International delivery is done by us. You can make a purchase on our website from
anywhere in the world. We use internationally well known courier services like DHL, FEDEX
etc. to deliver your shipment to you timely.

4. Can I track my order?

All La Mior shipments are delivered through reputed courier services. You can track your
order online by a Tracking ID linked to your order.

5. Why is the COD option not offered in my location?

Availability of Cash on Delivery (COD) depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing
your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Some extra charges may be
applicable for COD orders, which will be reflected during checkout.

Our courier partners may have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on
the destination.

6. What does “Out of Stock” mean?

It means that currently, the item is not available for sale.

7. How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.

8. Who would be responsible for paying local taxes in countries outside of India?

Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the
customer according to the laws of the land.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
La Mior reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
