You can apply Blurry Fudge Lip Tint directly onto clean, dry lips. Twist up the bottom tip to release the product on cushion pom-pom applicator.

• For a more diffused & blurred look, you can apply a few dots on the lips and then blend them in with the applicator.
• If you want a bold colour payoff, release as much product as you want by twisting the bottom tip and then apply the released product directly with applicator.
